Please note : We do not, and never have shown our fabulous foals.
Our policy has always been not to show, believing it stressful on mothers,
babies, and their young joints. Not to mention the risk of infection. All for the sake of an easy ribbon!
Foals are seldom shown in this Country. In America they have to be 6 months old before they can be shown.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Due to the present economic climate, the amount of Donkeys now seeking new homes as well as numbers of Miniature Donkeys being relinquished into The Donkey Sanctuary is steadily rising.
As responsible breeders our 2012 foal numbers will be severly restricted to one or two foals at most with the intention of retaining any suitable show candidates unless we have any enquiry's for show stock.
Therefore any foals offered for sale later this year maybe the last for a couple of years as our Donkeys welfare and suitable future homes are paramount to us!

Here at Arranbrook we have selected only Donkeys with Fabulous Conformation, making sure they are
free from hereditary faults as well as their sire's and Dam's, and indeed their Sire's and Dam's all have impeccable Temperaments.
I also insist on small neat heads and correct DARK eyes & correct placement. Coarse heads and piggy eyes, and moving with small choppy strides ruin the whole picture for me as a producer of show quality stock.
